Renu Devi

Renu Devi is a senior BJP leader and former Deputy Chief Minister of Bihar, contesting from the Bettiah (Assembly Constituency) seat for the sixth time. She has won multiple previous terms (2000, 2005, 2010, 2020) and served from Nov 2020 to Aug 2022 as the first woman Deputy CM of Bihar. In 2020 she won the Bettiah seat with 84,496 votes (52.83 %) defeating Congress’s Madan Mohan Tiwari (66,417 votes) by a margin of 18,079 votes.
