In the 2019 Maharashtra Assembly elections, Adsad Pratap Arunbhau of BJP won in this constituency beating Jagtap Virendra Walmikrao of INC by a margin of 9,415 votes which was 04.49% of the total votes cast. In 2014, Jagtap Virendra Walmik of INC was the winner in this seat beating Adsad Arunbhau Janardanrao of BJP by a margin of 974 votes which was 0.49% of the total votes polled in the constituency. In the 2009 Assembly elections, Jagtap Virendra Valmik of INC won this seat defeating Adsad Arunbhau Janardan of BJP by a margin of 13,448 votes which was 7.38% of the total votes polled for the seat.
